Timber Cove 50th Anniversary Celebration Cancelled

Timber Cove sustained heavy damage from Hurricane Ike. Many trees fell and the waters of Taylor Lake inundated several properties. Our beloved neighborhood took some heavy punches, but we are not down for the count by any means. The generous spirit of neighbors whose homes are intact is sustaining those who lost much. We are serving each other in the spirit of community that built this place and still defines it. Unfortunately, we must cancel our homecoming celebration scheduled for October 2008, but we plan to celebrate 50 + 1 years of life together in 2009. Stay in touch and look forward with us to better days.
